Refund and Returns Policy

At Sweet Suri, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality baby products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Items must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
- Products such as personal care items, bedding, and opened toys are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sweetsuri.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping costs. If the item was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the price you paid after the discount.
Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and items that do not meet the return criteria (such as opened or used products) are not refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team at info@sweetsuri.com. We will assist you with the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
- Steps for Returning Damaged/Defective Items: Please send us photos of the damaged product, along with your order number, to info@sweetsuri.com. Once verified, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for defective or damaged items.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
6. Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales marked as final sale.
Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase to ensure the item is not final sale.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we will assist you with returning the item once it arrives.
