1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The item must be in resalable condition, free from stains, wear, or alterations.

Non-returnable items include personal care products, bedding, pacifiers, opened toys, and other hygiene-sensitive items once opened.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please feel free to contact us before initiating the return process.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Email us at info@sweetsuri.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Our support team will respond with a return authorization, instructions, and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund details:

You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, excluding shipping fees.

If a discount or promotional offer was used, your refund will reflect the discounted price.

Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items (subject to availability). To request an exchange:

We will guide you through the exchange process, including return shipping and new shipment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement, full refund, or another solution depending on your preference.
For verified defects or damages, we will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Sweet Suri covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

For general returns or exchanges (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Products labeled as final sale

Opened toiletries, skincare, or feeding items

Gift cards and store credits

8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in process or shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may return the item once received according to this policy.
