  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Two-Day Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, and shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping fees before completing your order. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the United States.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Generally arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Two-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We strive to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated delivery window, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@sweetsuri.com, and we will provide further assistance.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@sweetsuri.com to make any necessary updates before your order is shipped.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email (if available) so you can track the progress of your delivery. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Standard Shipping. Please note that Expedited Shipping and Two-Day Shipping are not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at info@sweetsuri.com. We will help you investigate the issue and determine the next steps.

10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us due to an issue with the shipping address (e.g., incorrect address or undelivered package), you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If you wish to request a refund or reshipment, please contact our customer service team.
